最近幾年，由於疫情影響和其他原因下，就業環境變得困難，青少年在求職方面遇到很多問題和迷思。因此，學生的職業規劃需要一些專業人士為其解惑。
11月16日晚上， 在澳門澳門中華新青年協會支持下，呂志和書院舉辦了第一場會計行業職業生涯講座，請來了澳門華人會計師協會會長陸丹青博士作為主講嘉賓，書院副院長周國暉教授擔任主持。在長逹兩小時的講座中，為同學們全方位介紹會計行業，其前景和未來等各方面給出她很多觀點和意見。同時，與在場同學進行互動，表逹她的看法，此次活動共有來自十間書院三十多名同學踴躍參加。
In recent years, due to the impact of the epidemic and other reasons, the employment environment has become difficult. Teenagers have encountered many problems in job hunting. Therefore, students need some suggestions for the career planning from the professionals.
In cooperation with Macau New Chinese Youth Association, Lui Che Woo College held the first lecture on career in the accounting industry on 16 November 2022. The president of the Macao Chinese Accountants Association, Dr. Stella LOK was invited to be a guest speaker. The lecture was presided over by College Associate Master Prof. CHAO Kuok Fai. In the two-hour long lecture, she introduced the accounting industry in an all-round way to the students, and gave her many views and opinions on its prospects and future. At the same time, she also interacted with the students to introduce the accounting industry, its prospects, and other aspects to the students. More than 30 students from 10 different residential colleges actively attended the lecture.
