Dr. Buddy LAM Chi Seng is an alumnus of the University of Macau, having obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English Studies in 2001. He is currently an Executive Vice President (Corporate Office) at Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG). As a local Macanese with over 20 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations and business communications in the gaming and media industries in Macau, Singapore and the United States, Dr. LAM played key roles in the development of five major integrated resorts in Macau, namely, Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao, The Four Seasons Macao and Phases 1 and 2 of Galaxy Macau. Moreover, he has extensive experience in community works and corporate social responsibility matters in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

An active contributor to the local and regional communities, Dr. LAM also held several esteemed roles/titles including, but not limited to, current member of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Honorary President of of Macau Association of Young Employees in the Gaming Industry, Deputy Secretary General of Youth Elites Association of Macau, Vice Chairman – Macau Chao Shan Commerce Association, Vice Chairman of Macau China-Africa Business Council, Vice President of Macau Youth Entrepreneur Association, Executive Director of Macau Youth Federation, Board Director of Macau Convention and Exhibition Association and Executive Director of Northeast China Trade and Investment Promotion Association of Macau.
