申請資格 申請者須乎合以下一系列條件，書院才接受申請資格

·         於2022/2023學年必須為全日制大二或以上學士在讀生；
·         在2021/2022學年第一學期開始在書院住宿；
·         有良好的學年成績(會優先考慮)；
·         沒有兼職工作；
·         能夠於2022年8月開始工作直至2022/2023學年結束 (第二學期會否續約會根據第一學期的表現評估) ；
·         能夠出席書院領袖發展訓練營及 協助/帶領 學生領袖迎新訓練營 (兩個訓練營於開學前兩星期進行，具體日子待定) ；
·         申請者經甄選後將於4月期間安排面試/網上面試(面試語言為英文)；
·         有關書院助理的工作內容，可直接於書院辦公室查詢。

AY2022/2023 LCWC Resident Assistant (RA) Application
Eligibility Selection of resident assistants is based on a range of criteria:

To apply for the position of RA in 2022/23, you must meet the following basic requirements:
•   Full-time undergraduate Year 2 or above in the 2022/23 academic year;
•   Already been staying at LCWC since the first semester of 2021/22;
•   Good academic performance is preferred;
•   Do not hold a full-time or a substantial part-time job;
•   Be able to perform your work from August 2022 till the end of 2nd Semester of AY2022/23 (The continuation for the 2nd semester will depend on your evaluation of performance in the 1st semester).
•    Be able to attend BOTH the leadership development orientation of AND assist/lead the freshman orientation program prior to the commencement of the academic year. These will take place in the two weeks in mid of August 2022 (Exact period will be confirmed later).
•    Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview/face-to-face interview in English during April 2022.
