呂志和書院於11月29日邀請了國家認証茶藝師高文貞小姐和許寧先生以題<<名茶與茶區分佈>>為院生介紹中國茶文化。活動期間，院生能親身體驗如何泡茶及相關禮儀。此外，他們也品嚐了採摘自三百年茶鹷的茶樹等三款不同茶葉，讓他們通過味覺、嗅覺和視覺不同的感官來鑒賞茶葉的區別和好壞。院生表示,。對於中國茶文化有了進一步的了解及興趣，希望以後書院會舉辦更多的茶藝文化活動。
Lui Che Woo College organized a seminar and invited 2 national tea specialists to introduce Chinese tea and its culture to our students on 29 November 2021. During the activity, students learned how to prepare tea and the etiquette of Chinese tea ceremony. In addition, they tried the tea leaves from tea trees which are more than 300 years and learned how to distinguish their differences according to their taste, smell and appearance. Some students expressed that, they had more understanding of Chinese tea culture and developed their interests in it, and hoped the College would organized more activities related to tea
