呂志和書院師生在6月30日受邀參加了一場廚藝展示講座。這場講座由金沙中國新增設的金沙酒店管理學院與澳門旅遊局合辦，邀請了來自日本臼杵市名廚亀井諭先生進行講解。講座共有60多名員工及大專院校學生參加了這場講座，並從亀井諭先生那裡學習到了跨文化美食的知識。呂志和書院院生們均表示這次講座十分有趣，獲益良多。
Students and teachers from Lui Che Woo College attended a “Master Class” Seminar on 30 June 2023. The seminar was organized by Sands Hospitality Academy, a newly established academy under Sands China, in the collaboration with the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO). a renowned chef, Mr. Satoshi Kamei from Usuki, Japan was invited to give sharing talk to around 60 students and staff from higher education institutions and universities. The audience learnt about the cross-cultural cuisine from Mr. Kamei, and students from LCWC expressed their interests in the talk and gained insights in it.
