2023年3月25日，呂志和書院舉辦了一場書院院生的畢業照拍攝活動，受邀院生將於本學期畢業。他們修讀不同學科，希望將來加入企業界或繼續在海外升學。該批升學學生已經收到了來自牛津大學、劍橋大學、倫敦政治經濟學院、曼徹斯特大學、芝加哥大學、密西根大學、香港大學、香港中文大學和南洋理工大學等等其他著名大學的入學通知。

On 25 March 2023, we had a significant turnout of college students for a photoshoot, who are going to graduate this semester. These students who come from diverse academic disciplines are looking to join the corporate world or pursue their postgraduate studies overseas. Notably, for the latter, our students have already received offers to study in universities such as the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, London School of Economics and Political Science, University of Manchester, University of Chicago, University of Michigan, University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Nanyang Technological University.
