呂志和書院將於9月中至下旬晚上進行防火演習(於較多院生留宿的日子進行)，如非上課安排，院生必需參與此次演習。在火警演習前，若有需要查詢火警演習之事項，可按照所屬樓層詢問火警糾察：
火警演習當天，屆時，警鐘將來會響鳴，同學請不必恐慌，並遵循樓層火警糾察及通告指引，經樓梯到達書院地下大堂，再由在場人士指引下到中央大道(E21與E22之間地段)集合，到達集合地點後到所屬樓層火警糾察將進行點名。
敬請同學於火警演習期間切勿逗留在書院內，及切勿使用電梯。
附件爲緊急疏散集合地點通告及逃生時之注意事項。

Please be informed a fire drill will be performed in Lui Che Woo College (W22) in an evening during the mid to end of September (will be performed on a weekday with higher occupancy rate). You are required to participate in the fire drill if there is no time conflict with your lesson schedule. You may consult the floor fire warden of your respective floor for further information of the fire drill
During the period, the fire alarm will ring. Please do not feel panic and evacuate to G/F by stairs and then gather at the Central Avenue between E21 and E22 according to the guidance given by the wardens and notice. The fire wardens will take attendance at the assembly place. Please note that you shall not stay in the college during fire drill and do not use the elevators.
